What the inquiry contains
When you prepare your inquiry, the website saves the contact details, tattoo information, availability, and reference images you choose to share. Required fields are marked. Please avoid uploading identification documents, medical records, or intimate images.
How it is used
The form creates a saved inquiry and a prepared WhatsApp message. DYNAMO receives that message only after you review it and press Send in WhatsApp. The details let the studio review your project, choose an appropriate artist, and reply to you. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. An appointment is only confirmed through a separate conversation.
Storage and reference images
Inquiries and images are stored in the website’s hosting infrastructure. The inquiry is accessible through an unguessable private link, valid for 30 days. Anyone you share that link with can see the project details and reference images; keep it between you and the studio. Images are not published in the portfolio. Authorized site management can access saved inquiries to administer bookings. A daily hashed connection identifier is used to limit spam. The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
Automatic deletion after 30 days
Your link stops working 30 days after the inquiry is created. An hourly background cleanup then deletes the inquiry’s text, contact details, and uploaded images from the website’s active database and file storage. This runs even when nobody visits the website. A failed cleanup is retried, and files are deleted before their inquiry record.
The hosting provider’s database recovery backups can retain deleted text for up to a further 30 days before they expire. The website cannot erase that recovery history directly. Messages and any copies you send through WhatsApp are separate from the website and are not deleted by this cleanup.
Your choices
To request access, a correction, or deletion of an inquiry, call +972 52 422 4248. Include your inquiry reference if you have it. Do not send sensitive information through public comments.
External services
Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and external reading links have their own privacy practices. The contact page embeds Google Maps, which receives a connection when the map loads. You can use the written address instead.
